The application results of Additional Announcement for international students who have the right to enroll in our university for the 2025-2026 Academic Year have been announced.

The point calculation system used for the evaluation of applications is TRYÖS*0.70 + Diploma Score*0.30. A country quota was applied in the evaluation. A maximum of 5 people from the same country were accepted to the programs.

Students who have the right to enroll in our university must first register online. In order to register online, the ‘semester tuition fee’ must be paid first. Please CLICK HERE to access the semester fees.

Tuition fees can be paid in two ways:

First Method: For payments from a Ziraat Bank account: Go to Transactions - Payments - Education, Exams, and Universities - University Tuition and Exam Payments - Institution Selection (Muş Alparslan University) - Enter your Student Number, and your outstanding balance will be displayed. Once you've made the payment, your payment will automatically be transferred to our institution. You don't need to send a receipt.

Second Method: For payments from banks other than Ziraat Bank;

Please e-mail a copy of the payment receipt to yabanci@alparslan.edu.tr. When paying the tuition fee, please write your first and last name and the student number we have given you in the Remarks section. Once the payments are confirmed, you can register online. Confirmation of payments will be between 08.00-17.00 on weekdays.

Online registrations will be made between 22.08.2025 - 05.09.2025.

A Letter of Acceptance will be generated only for students who complete their online registration.

Following online registration, students can finalize their enrollment by applying in person to the university between August 22, 2025, and September 15, 2025. Students living outside of Turkey and experiencing delays in obtaining a visa can finalize their enrollment by applying in person to the university by November 15, 2025, provided they provide documentation of their situation.
