REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Students who have been placed in any department at Muş Alparslan University through the Measurement, Selection, and Placement Center (ÖSYM) will be informed about registration dates and necessary procedures through announcements on our university's website.

Students who have been admitted to Muş Alparslan University can complete their registration in two ways:

  1. E-Government Registration: Students can register online via e-Devlet within the dates specified by ÖSYM.
  2. In-Person Registration: Students who do not complete their registration via e-Devlet within the given period must personally visit the university before the final registration date with the required documents.

Documents Required for In-Person Registration:

Students applying in person must submit:

  • YKS Exam Result Document
  • Original or photocopy of their high school diploma

Students enrolling in programs that require a health report must submit their health reports along with the above-mentioned documents.

Important Notes:

  • Registrations cannot be completed via mail.
  • The address provided by the student during registration must be a permanent address. The university is not responsible for any miscommunication caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Students can update their address, mobile phone number, and email via the Student Information System (OBS) within one month of any changes.

Special Talent Exam Registrations

Programs that accept students based on special talent exams will conduct their registrations in accordance with the Special Talent Exam Guide, under the Faculty of Sport Sciences.

Graduate Program Registrations

Students applying for a Master’s or PhD program must submit all required documents to the graduate school office. Successful candidates' registrations will be handled by the respective graduate institutes.

Registration Procedures for International Students

  • Application procedures for foreign students are managed by the International Relations Office.
  • After evaluations, application results are announced on the university website.
  • Accepted students receive an "Acceptance Letter" for their student visa and diploma equivalency applications.
  • International students must complete their registration within the designated dates by submitting the required documents on time.

Registration Procedures for Exchange Students

  • International exchange students are accepted based on bilateral agreements between Muş Alparslan University and partner universities.
  • Exchange students register for the courses listed in their Learning Agreement and follow the procedures outlined in the agreement.
  • At the end of the exchange period, students receive an official transcript, listing all ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) grades and credits for the courses they were enrolled in.
