MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR OF STUDENT AFFAIRS

The strategic objectives of our Student Affairs Department encompass the conceptual outcomes we aim to achieve within a specific timeframe and have been determined in alignment with our mission and vision. In line with the goals set for the coming years, we strive to work in harmony with all units to ensure the smooth execution of the planned education process. Our aim is to provide secure and rapid information and document services to students, prospective students, alumni, academic staff, and the institutions we serve by utilizing evolving knowledge and technologies in a friendly environment. By prioritizing the satisfaction of students, faculty members, and staff, we aspire to be a distinguished department that respects societal values.

PRIMARY DUTIES OF THE DEPARTMENT

1. Carrying out necessary procedures related to student admission, registration, and course status.
2. Managing processes concerning student graduation, identification, and scholarships.
3. Providing web-based services for students.
4. Ensuring timely execution of student-related procedures within the YÖKSİS system.
