Meal Balance Loading Process for Identity Card

The following steps must be followed for loading meal balance onto the identity card:

1. The meal fee must be deposited into the university account opened at Ziraat Bank Muş Branch with the account number 0095-52304272-5003.
2. The T.C. Identity Number of the person for whom the transaction is being processed must be included on the payment receipt.
3. There is no need to send the deposited meal payment receipts via email or to submit a printed copy. It is sufficient to ensure that the T.C. Identity Number of the person for whom the transaction is made is stated in the description section of the receipt.
4. For EFT or wire transfers made via internet banking or mobile banking, the Recipient Name must be entered as "Muş Alparslan University".
5. The maximum balance that can be loaded into the meal account is 2,000 TL. If the transaction exceeds this limit, please contact the numbers listed below.
6. In case of incorrect or faulty transactions, the payment receipt must be presented to the authorized personnel.

Note:

• The person loading the meal account must use their own T.C. Identity Number.
• If a person is making a transaction on behalf of someone else, they must enter the T.C. Identity Number of the intended recipient in the description section.
• If the identity number is incorrect or missing, the balance will be loaded onto the account of the person who made the payment.
• Deposits can also be made via Ziraat Bank ATMs. If depositing on behalf of another person, their T.C. Identity Number must be included in the description section; otherwise, the balance will be credited to the depositor's account.
